Gurudas has a 27 years’ experience in financial consulting services in Tanzania. He has held senior managerial positions in agricultural, textile and commercial organizations. Gurudas is a Bachelor of Commerce, a Fellow of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India, Certified Management Accountant from Institute of Management Accountants, USA and an Associate Certified Public Accountant in Public Practice of the National Board of Accountants & Auditors (NBAA), Tanzania. He is a registered Tax Consultant with the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA). His core specialities extends to internal and statutory audits, design of management information systems, tax consultation (individuals and corporates), feasibility studies and business plans and liaison with financial institutions.

With over 15 years in the private sector handling various assignments in financial management, management accounting, internal audit and risk management, Mr Mathias is the able captain steer our Audit team as the Audit Manager. He is a skilled and strategic executioner with vast experience and expertise in the private sector in financial management and leads the audit team to execute with prowess on clients assignments. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Mount Kenya University, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and currently pursuing an MBA (Accounting) from The University of Nairobi.
